We operate differently with how we provide services. We believe in a fair, customer led approach. That's why we like to offer all the facts before you commit with your order.
Because of this, our order journey is no the same as bigger companies. We take a little longer, because we ensure that everything is perfect, every step of the way.
When you complete the order form, a few things will happen. You will receive a notification to setup a direct debit with us, this will come from GoCardless. Once you have completed this step, you will receive a contract with us. This will require a signature. Once this is all completed, we will book your number port or service migration (if applicable), agree a changeover date, and post a new SIM card to your door.
